Q: What is SIP trunk?

A:  SIP trunking enables the end point’s PABX to transmit calls via internet connection. It is less expensive and able to control voice, video as well as messaging applications. SIP stands for Session Initiation Protocol.

Q: What is the difference between maintenance contract and managed services?

A:  Maintenance contract is a contract under which we agrees to perform maintenance services such as periodic maintenance of a system or equipment, for a fixed fee, to our customer. On the other hand, managed services is a practise of outsourcing services intended to improve operations and cut expenses. We will perform on-demand services, keep the systems up to date and bills the customer only for the work done.
